This Open Group Accredited TOGAF Training Course is designed for architecture practitioners to address trends and challenges important for their enterprises. The 4-day offering covers both Level 1 and Level 2 key learning points required by The Open Group for full TOGAF 9 certification, and includes seminars, lectures, and individual and group activities that will prepare students for success on the certification exams.
The course includes examples and exercises that demonstrate the Architecture Development Model (ADM) phases, tied to the course’s primary case study. The course includes practical workshop activities that are are aimed at applying select TOGAF artifacts and assets to enterprise architecture projects.

Overview of Metaplexity
Metaplexity Associates, Inc. is a US based provider of Open Group accredited TOGAF training courses, and other Enterprise Architecture curricular and consulting services. As of 2016, one of every four people certified in TOGAF in the US are Metaplexity graduates. Many of our major account customers are focused on the practical implementation of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and programs in their organizations. Based on their needs, we have extended our basic TOGAF certification training to provide EA teams the training and support that will enable them to strengthen capabilities and accelerate architecture development.
Metaplexity Leadership / Background
Our President and chief instructor, William A. Estrem, Ph.D., has been involved with The Open Group from the beginning, in the early 1990’s. Dr. Estrem has been intimately involved in the development of The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), as well, since its inception, and has trained delegates globally since 1997 when he founded the company. Several of our instructors are actively involved in various Open Group development efforts, ranging from Governance, to ArchiMate, to Risk Analysis, to the maintenance and strengthening of TOGAF itself, advancing the next generations of this remarkable framework.
Metaplexity’s payment policy requires payment upon invoicing and in advance of class start-up, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We register students in advance of the course but we do not invoice students until the minimum number of attendees have registered. This avoids problems with refunds.
